Dr. Peggy Brooks Bertram shares with us her experiences learning and writing about this almost forgotten figure of African American History. The author of "The Wonderful Ethiopians of the Cushite Empire" (1924). This lecture has been generously sponsored by the Gaines Humanities Center and is part of the 2022 Mini Grant Series.
